The Trasna Na nGleannta is an annual sportive organised by Valley Wheelers Cycling Club where the proceeds go to charity. This year it is fundraising for “Build4Life” Cyctis Fibrosis. We have had very good and growing numbers of participants for this popular sportive in recent years and would like to keep that trend going.
This year the event is set for Sunday 25th September 2016 and as before will offer three routes suitable for cyclists of all levels.
Full information about the routes, which all start off from Kilnamartyra Village, is available here. There are three distances which are approx. 12kms, 65kms and 110kms and the cycle will depart at 9.00am.
The event will have support vehicles for participants and refreshments will be provided at specified locations. Full information about food and rest stops will be provided on registration or prior to departure on the day.
